All members of Vibe Salon Denver are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect. This Code of Conduct is designed to ensure that all interactions within the salon foster a positive and productive environment.

  • Attire and Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to the salon's dress code.

  • Punctuality: Arrive on time for all appointments, meetings, and shifts. Notify the salon leader promptly if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Quality of Service: Provide the highest quality of service to clients, continuously improving skills and staying updated on industry trends.

2. Respect and Inclusivity

  • Diversity: Celebrate and respect the diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives of all clients and colleagues.

  • Harassment and Discrimination: Zero tolerance for any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying. Treat everyone with dignity and respect.

  • Communication: Use respectful and professional language in all interactions, both verbal and written.

3. Confidentiality

  • Client Information: Protect the confidentiality of client information. Do not disclose any personal or sensitive client information to unauthorized individuals.

  • Business Information: Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information, including marketing strategies, financial data, and other internal matters.

  • Honesty: Conduct all business and personal dealings with honesty and integrity. Do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

  • Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the salon’s emergency procedures.

  • Wellness: Prioritize personal health and wellness, seeking support or assistance when needed.

8. Use of Salon Property

  • Care: Use salon property and equipment responsibly and with care.

  • Authorization: Do not remove salon property or equipment from the premises without proper authorization.

  • Maintenance: Report any damage or malfunction of salon property or equipment to leaders promptly.

9. Social Media and Public Representation

  • Professionalism: Represent Vibe Salon Denver professionally on social media and in public.

  • Confidentiality: Do not share confidential salon or client information on social media platforms.

  • Brand Integrity: Ensure that all public communications uphold the integrity and reputation of Vibe Salon Denver.

  • Compliance: All members of Vibe Salon Denver are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct.

  • Reporting Violations: Report any violations of this code to the salon leaders.

  • Consequences: Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of contract or employment.
